About the place

It is a small apartment of 55m2 in the Nieuwe Pijp with 2 bedrooms and an attic/ storage room. My bedroom is next to the living room, the other is close to the front door. The room is spacious and has a large built-in wardrobe. The apartment itself is fully furnished and equipped with all comforts. There is wifi, a large TV, a dishwasher, oven, washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony with a neat courtyard garden, a neat bathroom, and a furnished living room. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, but around the corner from the van Woustraat where all the nice shops and supermarkets are. 5 minutes away is the Albert Cuyp and the Pijp with many bars and restaurants. Amstel and Rai stations can be reached within 10 minutes by bike, public transport around the corner. 

Who am I looking for?
-someone who is quiet during the week 
-someone who does not have friends over too often but instead enjoy the city (not a very big house) 
-is easy with communicating
-likes cats and can help with their care (certainly when I'm on a holiday) 
-someone who’s independent, but also likes to bond a bit and is spontaneous
-someone that takes responsibility for the household and does this naturally
