HOUSE LAYOUT
The house has two floors.
On the ground floor you have the entrance with a guest bathroom, the living room, the kitchen and a garden.
On the second floor there are the three bedrooms with their bathroom.
HOUSE LOCATION
It is located in Amsterdam Zuidoost. 10 minutes walk from the metro and the train and the shops, supermarkets...
In 15 minutes you get to Bijmer Arena which has access to the cinema, the Ajax stadium, recreational shops and much more.
In about 25 minutes with the metro you get to Amsterdam central.
NEIGHBORHOOD
The neighborhood is very quiet and nearby you have a lot of nature, a hospital and a university.
You also have the family doctor, pharmacy, dentist and everything you may need within walking distance.

You will share the house with two Spanish boys who have just arrived.
