About the place

Due to a trip abroad, I am offering my room for sublet for a little over 3 months. It is a 12m² room in a 70m² apartment. The room is furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers, and a desk, and also has two built-in closets. The house further includes a spacious living room (20m²) with a dining table, corner sofa, and television, a separate kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and oven, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Additionally, there is an extra guest room/office/laundry room of 12m² in the attic. You will share the apartment with one other housemate (female, 29 years old). The apartment is located in Stadionbuurt (10 minutes by bike from Leidseplein, 5 minutes by bike from De Pijp and Station Zuid).

I am looking for a subtenant who matches well with the other housemate. Therefore, the preference is for a female, either starting her career or finishing her studies, who enjoys occasionally eating together or hanging out on the couch but can also entertain herself well in Amsterdam.
