About the place

We are a married couple (Dutch man, 53, and Chinese woman, 49) offering a cozy, clean room in our spacious family home, located in a quiet neighborhood near a fantastic park. Shopping center is at 500meter distance. The Room is approx. 14m² with an white washed oak floor, a bed with two mattresses, multiple cupboards and a professional white desk with an old but comftable office chair.
Our house has a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils, fridge, freezer, and other conveniences and you'll get your own spaces in it.
Access to our lovely garden, ideal for relaxation.
We have a medium-sized, active but very old dog, so being pet-friendly is a plus.
We value mutual respect and privacy and have experience sharing our home over the years. My wife speaks Chinese and English, and I am fluent in both English, Dutch and German. Smoking is not allowed indoors. In principle we set the house rules together. 
We are looking for a reliable tenant who respects privacy, keeps shared spaces tidy, and values a peaceful home. The rent is inclusive (details will be discussed). Yes! Registering is possible!
