Hey everyone! I’m looking for a new flat mate per the beginning of November. The appartment (80m2) is located in the Spaarndammerbuurt with a view on the developing fancy Houthavens neighbourhood, with a nice swimming spot just few minutes walking away, and easily accessible by public transport (10-15 from central station by bike or bus). There is two cuties roaming the house: cats Gaia & Hypie(rion). The house is equiped with SmartHome (Apple HomeKit) gear as this one of my hobbies. The room (12m2) is furnished and the rent comes with everything included (utilities, taxes, internet/tv, insurance etc.) Registration is possible. The total rent is EUR 1009,00. PLEASE NOTE: rental period will be MAX 6 months.
