About the place

I am looking for a female roommate (a student) for a long-term room lease (1-2 years). I am myself a 21-year-old UvA psychology student. 
A private room available in a newly renovated apartment in the city centre (5 minutes walking from the Central Station). It takes around 15 seconds to get to the shopping street of Nieuwendijk, yet it is not noisy. Living room, kitchen and toilet is shared, meanwhile you will have a private bedroom with a private shower and sink area. There is also your own TV in the bedroom. There is washing and drying machine available. Utilities are excluded except for the internet which is included. The flat is also centrally heated with heated flooring which makes the apartment warm and cosy during the colder months.
It is important that you are a calm, clean and organised person who won't cause any noise disturbances. I am looking for a roommate who respects and takes great care of her surroundings. If you are someone who respects privacy and personal space feel free to schedule a viewing!
