About the place

Room for rent in Amsterdam. Only respond if you meet the following conditions:

- Your net income is at least three times the rent, so a minimum of €3300 per month. If your income is lower, you may qualify if you pay six months' rent in advance.

- The rental period is six months. Extension is possible, but not guaranteed.

- The rent includes gas, water, and electricity up to a certain amount (as described in the contract). If additional payment is required at the final settlement, it will be deducted proportionally from the deposit.
