About the place

We have an available room in our house available beginning of June in Osdorp.

The location is just a few minutes walk from Tram 1 (to the city centre), Bus 369 (to the airport) and a few stops away from Lelylaan so you are well connected to the city. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful with supermarkets and shops a short bike away in every direction.

The room is modestly furnished with a bed, desk and clothes rack. The apartment gets all day sun, has a large living room with a little outdoor area, newly renovated kitchen, main bathroom and extra toilet. There is also extra storage if needed.

Rent is 925€ all inclusive (g/w/e, wi-fi and registration) and a 500€ refundable deposit. 

You will be sharing the house with myself, my partner and our little dog. We are in our mid 30’s. Lucas works early shifts onsite while I work from home majority of the week. 

We’re looking for someone who is chill, tidy and has a routine that will compliment our own. This place is unsuitable for couples and preference is for someone who doesn’t work from home. The intent is to rent the room long term with an initial 6 month contract to ensure it is a match for everyone.
