You only need to bring your own single mattress (or a full bed if you're looking for a double).

Woman: 27-40 years old.
Full-time occupation (work, internship, or study + work).
For the balance of the house: we are looking for someone who works outside the house at least 3 days per week.
Non-smoker.
Preference: vegetarian or plant-based. Meat & fish are welcome, but please use your own pans.

Where: Amsterdam Oud West, Erasmuspark
What: Furnished room.
You will share the bathroom/kitchen/hall/toilet/balcony. We do not share a living room.

About the room:

✅ Plenty of storage space for clothes/items.
✅ Fully equipped: Nespresso, 2x Airfryer, oven, plates/cutlery, new washing machine, dryer, blender.

✅ The room can also be delivered unfurnished if you want to personalize it.
✅ Available immediately, at the latest by March 1st – minimum 6 months. If there's a good connection, 12 months.

Wants
It is a quiet house, and we are looking for someone who appreciates this and follows the house rules.
