About the place

* This ad was online before, but because I started answering late, I don't know who is still interested and I'm posting it again:)

I'm renting out a room in my apartment where my boyfriend and I both stay. I'd like to find someone for about 6 months, with the possibility of an extension.

I'm a working student, who is away from home a lot during the week and stays with my parents on the weekend. My boyfriend is almost always there. In addition, my dog ​​(a small Maltese) will also be there here and there. This is about 6-12 days a month, depending on how much time I have to take care of him.

We would like to have a roommate who likes to cook together or watch a movie here and there. In addition, we like to keep things tidy:) and we think it's important that you can clearly indicate what you find important as a roommate.

Then some important points:
* The desired date of moving in is March 1, 2025
* Registration is possible
* The room is furnished, but the photo I have now posted is no longer accurate. In the room is a box spring of 140 wide, a closet, a desk, a chair and a small bedside table with drawer. And a beautiful painting of an old English ship:)
* The kitchen will also look different soon, because the tiles need to be replaced. (due to a leak at the upstairs neighbors)
