About the place

Hi, I'm looking for someone to replace me in my current apartment as I'm leaving NL. 

This beautiful apartment is on the 16th floor of a new build with the best A++ energy rating, featuring incredible views of the whole of Amsterdam and minutes away from Sloterdijk station.

The building also features a free gym, free and secure bike storage, coworking space, "guest rooms" that can be booked for a small fee and there is a parking space should you wish to rent that (we can apply through the landlord if needed).

Not featured in the photos is an additional laundry room that has great storage, the hallway and a seperate toilet.

Along with this, as I'm leaving the country the majority of the furniture featured in the bedroom (besides desk and chair) will also be available at very reasonable prices - the bed in particular is a perfect size for the room.

My housemate is a 27-year-old working professional, who is very active, friendly and reliable but also enjoys quiet evenings - you will meet her and have a chance to get to know her, a good fit personality-wise is very important.

I'm happy to share more information and photos if required, this really is an exceptional place and I will be sad to move out of it!
