About the place

I’m looking for a subtenant for my cozy, fully furnished room located in the heart of Amsterdam. The room will be available from October 25 to December 13, making it a perfect option for someone who wants to enjoy the city’s vibrant life during this period.

The room is 15 square meters and comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, and wardrobe, so you can move in without any hassle. The rent is €1400 per month, including utilities such as water, electricity, and internet.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, with plenty of trams nearby and just a short bike ride from both Amsterdam Centraal and Amsterdam Zuid stations. You’ll also be close to many amenities, including the beautiful Vondelpark, as well as lively cafes and restaurants, making it easy to experience the best of Amsterdam.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with a few friendly roommates who are young professionals. They work full-time and enjoy a comfortable, social living atmosphere. We’re looking for someone who is respectful, tidy, and enjoys being part of a relaxed household while also respecting personal space.

Ideally, we're seeking a student or young professional who is responsible and clean.
