As of May 1st, two rooms will become available in my apartment in Amsterdam East. I’m looking for a female housemate (30+) who values cleanliness and a pleasant, harmonious living atmosphere.

The apartment is located on the second floor. At the back of the building, there’s a promenade with views of the water and the Java and KNSM islands.

What’s available:
– Two private rooms for your use:
• A furnished bedroom (approx. 2x5 meters)
• An unfurnished living room (approx. 3x5 meters) with a basic kitchenette
– Shared spaces include: a hallway with a spacious storage closet, a separate toilet, and a large bathroom

Details:
– Available from: May 1st
– Rent: €950 per month, all-in
– Minimum rental period: 5 months

About me:
I’m a 56-year-old woman and enjoy living in this apartment. It's important for me that sharing my home goes smooth and respectful.
