About the place

I am looking for a flatmate for my place in Betondorp, in Amsterdam East. I’ve recently started working and I’m looking for a housemate who also has some structure in their life. During the week, I’m often away from home, so we might not see each other too much.

You’ll be renting a furnished room of 11m², with a double bed, small desk, sink and built-in closet. Additionally, we will share a living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, a smaller (work) room, and a balcony. We’ve done a lot of renovations, but the house is not super luxurious. The bathroom, in particular, is a bit outdated.

The house is from the 1960s, located in a nice, quiet, and green neighborhood with an iconic architectural style. Amstel Station is less than a 10-minute bike ride away, and you can reach the Indische Buurt, the Pijp, or the city center within 15 minutes.
