The house is located in a peaceful and quiet area, in a cozy neighborhood with easy metro access to Central Station. Right next to the house is the large shopping center Boven ’t Y.

Within walking distance, you’ll find a park, hospital, 24-hour bus stop, metro station, pharmacy, and all other essential amenities.

The room is on the third floor with great natural light, and the entire house was fully renovated last year.

If both parties are happy living together, the contract can be extended for another six months (up to one year).

Overnight visitors or guests staying the night are not allowed. Cleanliness and tidiness are very important to me—the home is always kept exceptionally clean.
