About the place

A large and bright room is available in a nice house in Amsterdam Noord (close to bus stop Hilversumstraat). The room is on the top floor of the house and comes with its own adjacent bathroom. It is furnished with a bed, closet, shelves and a desk with desk chair could be taken over from the previous tenant (120€). On the ground floor there is a kitchen and living room with garden. 
The house is shared with the landlady (owner of the house), who partly works abroad. It is important that the tenant is responsible, diligently carries out the shared household and cleaning tasks, and overall is happy to respectfully share the space.
