About the place

Hey girls, we are looking for a 3rd female roommate!

- Move in date: 1st October 2025
- Rent is 1.180 all incl per month - fully furnished brand new apartment and room, electricity & gas (heating) water,  high speed glasvezel Internet.
- Deposit 2.000€
- Contract - preferably 1 year-  or till end of summer 2026. Let us know :)
- Fully furnished room and apartment, new, bright apartment with  energy label  80m2
- Room 16m2 and fully furnished (big and comfy bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and a chair). The apartment is also fully furnished (kitchen as well) + garage storage
- New modern apartment building, apartment on 2nd floor. Elevator and garage also there for you to keep your bike and suitcase(s) etc. there.
- Amsterdam Osdorp / New West area, 10 minutes from Lelylaan
- 2 min walk to the tram stop. 2 min walk to AH supermarket. 10min to big shopping area with all the stores you need: Dirk, Jumbo, Douglas, Blokker, TK Maxx etc.

- What we look for: someone who is chill and relaxed, used to living with others, like to keep things in the common areas clean and tidy, will keep the cleaning schedule and you will clean the apartment once every 2-3 weeks, does not throw parties at home (important), and can have nice conversations about everything and nothing. 

- About us:
- We are 2 girls - one Masters student and the other one already working.
- Preferred age of the new female flatmate is 19-32 :)

The building has many families so it’s not the place for a party house.
No pets allowed, no couples.
