About the place

I’m renting out the second bedroom in my apartment in De Pijp. It's available temporarily from around 15 July until the end of August (dates are flexible!). The room is furnished, cozy and small, with a comfy bed, wardrobe, shelves, and curtains, ideal if you’re looking for a summer place or in between homes.

You’ll be sharing the space with me: I’m 30, social, and friendly, and I really value good communication and cleanliness at home. I’d love to live with someone who’s also open and kind, maybe down to share a glass of wine, play a board game, or watch a series together now and then, but it’s totally cool if you do your own thing too. Oh, and heads up: I have a cat, so being okay with a fluffy roommate is a must 🐱

The apartment has:

- A colorful, social vibe
- Shared living room, open kitchen, bathroom & toilet
- A washing machine & dishwasher
- Everything you need within walking distance: bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and public transport (De Pijp is the dream for that)

Rent is €900/month, all-in (utilities, WiFi, etc).
