About the place

Hi lovelies, I am looking for a new roommate from May 1st for exactly 9 months, as the rental contract for this apartment ends on January 31st, 2026. 

Shortly about me: I am Johanna, 27 years old and a full-time project and event coordinator at a German tourism agency in Amsterdam. I have an open, outgoing and kind character. I like to be in company, but value my alone time very much.

Therefore I am looking for a roommate who is easy to talk to, but who has her own life like me. I prefer someone who does not work from home and speaks German and/or English. 

You will have two rooms to yourself, one facing the street and one facing the garden. Both rooms together are about 35-40 square meters and very bright. The rooms are unfurnished when you move in, but my current roommate is selling all her furniture that you see in the photos (except TV). The bathroom is located between your two rooms and has a shower and a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave). I am happy to share my airfryer, coffee machine and washer-dryer with you. In the garden there are two garden sheds and an extendable seating set to relax and enjoy the (hopefully good) weather!
