About the place

The apartment is modern and comfortable, with a great view over the water.
It is  located in a very nice area, with lots of water and trees, shops and parks are nearby, easy to reach  by bike from the central station. 
There is a large waterbed in the guestroom and wall size windows.
The apartment has a fully equiped kitchen, dishwashing,  nice furniture, washing and drying machine,  internet, a  large balcony, bathtub, etcetera.
I am Dutch, male, fifty plus, I live here alone, sometimes also my girlfriend may stay here for a while.
We like to keep the place clean and comfortable.

The room is temporary available for a single person only. Guests are not accepted.
The place is available for one month, 
for now. Depending on my travel plans, perhaps longer.
You are currently working or studying, 
you are organized, responsible, a good communicator.
