About the place

Hi! I am renting out one of the rooms in my house. 

I am a father of three daughters living on IJburg with a beautiful waterside house. My daughters, 21, 25 & 27, have their own place, but often visit during the weekends. One of my daughters is temporarily staying with me with her boyfriend while looking for their own place. The youngest is now studying abroad untill December.


The room is completely furnished with a bed, closet, couch, and desk. It is around 18m2, with a big window overlooking the water and the beautiful Diemerpark. There is a semi-private bathroom with a bath, a separate toilet, and a shared kitchen. 

The house has a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, two separate toilets, and a washer/dryer. There is a back and front garden, and the house is within walking distance of multiple supermarkets and public transport. Tram 26 and bus 66 are a 5-minute walk away. By bike, it is around 15 minutes to get to Science park. 

I am looking for an international (working) student, non-smoker, responsible and serious who will stay for three months, with the possibility to extend. The first three months are on a trial basis to see if we get along well. The current tenant, a  Vietnamese Hotelmanager, is available for any questions as well.
