About the place

I am leaving my room in the beginning of October. It is a room in a 3 bed apartment close to the Bijlmer Arena. Registration is possible. 
The kitchen and toilet is shared. 
The rent is 491€ and utilities is approximately 60€ a month. 

The deposit is 2 months. Registration is possible from mid October. The flat is fully furnished with washing machine, microwave etc. I am selling my furniture.

The bus stop is 3 minutes away and the train station is 8mins away by walking. Albert Heijn, Lidl, Kruidvat, H&M and multiple other shops along with the arena mall are present nearby. The flatmates are a girl and a boy in their early 20’s both working and studying and out most of the time. Viewings are possible.
