The monthly costs are structured as follows:

* Basic rent: €800 per month
* Additional costs: €250 per month
* Total monthly price: €1,050
* Security deposit: €1,600

The additional costs include gas, water and electricity, internet, and the use of the available furniture, household inventory, bed linen and other facilities. The tenant will receive an annual breakdown of these costs.

Registration at the residential address is possible based on the tenancy agreement.

No cleaning service is included. The tenant is responsible for keeping their own room clean and, in consultation with us, contributing to keeping the shared areas they use clean and tidy.

We are looking for a quiet, reliable and tidy tenant who will take good care of the property, furniture and available facilities.
