Multiple rooms are becoming available across 3 separate international student apartments at Gouden Leeuw in Amsterdam-Zuidoost.

Most rooms are available from October 1st, 2026, while some rooms may already be available slightly earlier. All rooms are offered on a temporary rental basis until September 30th, 2027.

About the Rooms

* Size: approximately 11–14 m²
* Fully furnished with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and TV
* Rent: approximately **€798 per month**, depending on the room, all-inclusive (furniture, electricity, internet, etc.)
* Deposit: 2 months’ rent
* Registration is possible and required
* No pets allowed

The available rooms are located across 3 different apartments in the same residential complex. Each apartment accommodates a total of 4 tenants.

* Located at Gouden Leeuw, Amsterdam-Zuidoost
* Approx. 108 m² per apartment
* Shared with 3 other tenants
* International and mixed-gender households
* Spacious shared living room (approx. 43 m²) with open kitchen and bar
* Separate bathroom and toilet

* Additional storage room for bicycles on the ground floor

Location

* 3-minute walk to Ganzenhoef metro station
* Supermarket, local shops and affordable take-away options nearby
* Park directly behind the complex
* Approx. 15 minutes to Dam Square by metro
* Approx. 10 minutes by bike to the nearest train station

Who Can Apply?

Only full-time students can apply. Both Dutch and international students are welcome.

Applicants must:

* Be enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences in Amsterdam
* Not currently be officially registered in the Amsterdam housing market region, including municipalities such as Amsterdam, Amstelveen, Diemen and Zaanstad
* Be able to provide proof of residence outside this region at the start of the tenancy

Viewings will take place on Wednesday evening, September 23rd, 2026.

Both in-person and video call viewings are possible.
