We (Niloofar (32), Lorena (36), and Christian (39)), working in finance, art and horeca, are looking for a new housemate. We have a good vibe going, and aim to come together at least once a month, possibly more frequently, to have dinner, do a sharing and some home improvement projects. We would like someone who is interested in spending time together and getting to know each other, rather than just sharing the expenses of an apartment, interested in making it a warm and cozy home, someone who appreciates honesty and transparency. From a practical perspective, we would like to live with someone who has high cleaning standards (cleaning stove/kitchen surfaces each time after cooking, keeping apartment clean during the week; once a week we have a cleaning lady coming), preferably non-smoker, preferably no pets, between late 20s and early 40s in age, no couples/people with children.

-	Room of 13.5 sqm, furnished with a bed, desk and a couple of built in closets in an
-	Apartment of 160sqm, with bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet, big living room
-	630 EUR per month, inclusive of all costs
-	In Buitenveldert close to Amstelpark, Amsterdam RAI, bus 62, Gelderlandplein shopping center
