About the place

Room is available to rent for 1 person from 1st November in Amsterdam-Oost, preferably for another working professional. The apartment is located next to Park Frankendael, shops, public transport and train stations are in walking distance. The room is in a renewed apartment with a private balcony; the shared spaces are the kitchen, bathroom and toilette. There is no shared living room, no pets. You would need to share the apartment with 1 other tenant, who is a 35 years old expat guy from Hungary. The preferred new tenant is clean and reliable person, who's not loud; you can expect the same in return. Please note, that this is not a party apartment, but a very relaxed and calm place to live at.
It would be great if you can send a short description about yourself, that would help to pick the best fitting candidate.
