About the place

The room is in the Pijp, walking distance from Metrostation de Pijp/Albert Cuyp. Right now, me and my brother are living here and we would like to rent out one of the rooms to cover expenses.

The location of the appartment is pretty good and the room offers a lot of privacy. The Albert Cuyp Market and Sarphatipark are within walking distance.

It would be nice if the tenant gets along well with me and my brother. Sometimes we will watch a movie in the evening. Of course that is not required for the tenant, but it gives an idea of how we are living. Sometimes a friend may also come over, but not too much.

I myself have studied civil engineering, but I am working in bars right now until I find a better goal.
