About the place

We are looking for a responsible and easy-going housemate. We're Latin American and enjoy a calm and respectful environment.

The house has a front garden, backyard, living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, and a roof terrace.

The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can use everything available. There’s also a washing machine, although I plan to replace it soon with one that has a built-in dryer.

We don’t have strict rules in the house, but we take turns with weekly cleaning to keep things tidy.

Important to know: we have a cat in the house, so it's best if you're not allergic and are comfortable living with a pet.

Monthly expenses are €129 per person:

Gas/electricity: €93

Internet: €12

Water: €9.10

Garbage: €15

The total rent is €895, to be paid via bank transfer before the 1st of each month.
