For Rent: Furnished Room with internet and bed.
I don't rent to students unther age 23 because I am 61 years old.

The room has a double bed and wardrobe.
There is wifi available.
The bus and tram stop is a minute's walk away.
I have a very lovely and very quiet dog at home
Small shops such as bakery etc. a street behind the house.
A 5 minute walk away there is a market and covered shopping center plus restaurants eateries cafes
It is a quiet area with many parks around it.
There is a cleaning lady who comes 2 times in 4 weeks and it's 60 euros for 4 weeks that we pay together so 30 euros per person in 4 weeks.
If you don't want a cleaning lady we can talk about it
