About the place

Starting July 1st, a lovely room will be available in a great house in Amsterdam, located in a prime area near the Weesperzijde and the Amstel. The neighborhood is calm and cozy, with nice cafés and restaurants around the corner — including Hesp and other great spots for food or drinks.

The room is bright and comfortable, with access to a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, and a sunny balcony that gets sunlight all day long.

Rent is €900 per month, including gas, electricity, and a cleaner (once every two weeks).
