The house has a total living space of 70m² and features a spacious, sunny backyard — perfect for relaxing after a long day.

The Room:
The room can be delivered furnished with a comfortable bed, a large built-in wardrobe, desk with chair, chest of drawers, and a good lamp. Prefer your own furniture? No problem — feel free to decorate the room to your own taste.

The house is easily accessible, with supermarkets within walking distance, a train station nearby, and the city center just a short bike ride away.

About me and who I’m looking for:
You’ll be sharing the house with a calm, friendly, working 36-year-old man. I’m sociable and enjoy a good chat or movie night now and then, but also value privacy and quiet time.
