About the place

Hello,

Since I am moving to an apartment closer to my university, I am leaving my room at Plein 40/45. We are looking for a female student between 18 and 23 years old which is clean and respectful. 
The room is available for a subtenant starting the 15th of February.

The room has floor heating, a big window and, a door that connects to one of the balconies. 


About the Room & Apartment:

Furnished: Furniture can be bought for around 250€
Shared Spaces: Kitchen, bathroom, and living area shared with two roommates (19 and 22 years old)
Amenities: WiFi, washing machine, two balconies, storage space]
Public Transport: Well-connected with tram and bus stops right outside (Bus 369,80,21; Tram 7).
Shops & Facilities: The apartment is located right next to the Plein 40/45 (Stores: AH, Jumbo, Dirk and a range of other Shops like Hema and Kruidvat. 

Rent Details:
💰 Rent: €900 excl. per month 
📅 Availability: From 15.02 to 15.09
