About the place

Hi there, I have a room for rent of 6 m2 room + 4 m2 sleeping loft, with use of common areas. In total 64 m2 for rent on a top location. Right in the centre of Amsterdam. Your room and common areas are solid, neat, clean and nicely finished. You are a 3-minute walk from the Vondelpark and the view from your room/vide is over the trees and canal. You share the rest of the apartment of 64 m2 with 1 person which is me the owner.

Equipped with luxury rain shower and toilet, large heated mirror cabinet with electricity connection and separate magnifying movable shaving / makeup mirror.

The rent includes 2 sets of white bed linen and 5 big bad towels en 5 normal ones. 

The kitchen is equipped with luxury appliances. The living room has a fireplace and access to the front balcony.  Your private room of 6 m2 has a loft of 4 m2 with a fixed solid staircase leading to it. The room is if needed securely locked from inside / outside and is located at the front side of the house with large windows and views over the Leidsegracht. Because of the many windows, the room is very bright. The glass used is super soundproofed and you can blind everything with white pleated curtains. Use of superfast Wi-Fi, Ziggo Go, Apple TV, washing machine, dryer, hand-hair dryer, self-cleaning hot air oven, dishwasher, hoover, espresso machine, hot frothed milk maker, toaster, juicer, blender are included in the rent and there for you to use it. The house is thoroughly cleaned weekly just as your bedding is changed weekly. Therefore, you pay a contribution to the cleaning fee. This is excluded in the rent of total 900,-€. So you don't have to do anything in the housekeeping except the mess you make in the kitchen.

Extra coast are for electra, gas, heating, cleaning weekly your room and change the bed sheets, vacuum cleaning the staircase and bathroom, kitchen, monthly cleaning of the windows, garbage fee, sewage fee, water and tax. These costs are divided by 3 persons and are 300,-€ / month each.

You do not have to bring your cups or plats, toilet paper, kitchengear, washing powder, dishwasher tablets as all is present.
