The listed room is in a 3-floor house located next to Ndsm, overlooking a park. Noord/Noorderpark blue line metro stations are 6/7’ away by 🚲. Neighbourhood is very residential, street is pedestrian. House size is 80 sqm and features a large living room. The entrance can be used as office on Mondays/Thursdays and as technical room (additional closets can be put). Room is for one person only, registration is possible.
