About the place

The room is in a 3-floor house in noord neighbourhood, located next to Ndsm, Noord/Noorderpark blue line metro station. 
It is located in a very quiet pedestrian road and overlooks a park. Neighbourhood is very residential. House size is 80 sqm and thought for up to two registered persons. Registration is possible (one person is living in the house right now, max two people can register).
