Hey everyone,
- I'm looking for a house mate.
- I'm a 27yo software developer working in Amsterdam.
- Your room is the master room with private bathroom and toilet.
- We will be sharing the living room and kitchen area.
- We got a pretty big balcony if you smoke.
- Being clean is suprt important
- Being open communicator is important if we need to do a bit of conflict resolution if it comes up.
- If you have a pet I might be fine with it we can first descuss. 
- The room is not furnished but there's a shelf and a big drawer available.
- Washing machine available
