About the place

A room is to rent in a 3-floor house in noord neighbourhood, located next to Ndsm, Noord/Noorderpark blue line metro station. 
House is located in a very quiet pedestrian road and overlooks a park. Neighbourhood is very residential. House size is 80 sqm and thought for up to two registered persons. Registration is possible (one person is living in the house right now).
To schedule a viewing, please send a message with a short description of yourself and your occupation status. Preference will be given to workers.
p.s.: a bigger room is available next to the one in the picture, it can be discussed which one is to be rented out according to preferences. Room is available for one year,  the whole house rental contract expires  in October 2025 (type B) but can be extended on a month by month basis until end of 2025.
