About the place

I am renting out my room in an 85 m² apartment. The apartment features a spacious and bright living room with an adjoining balcony. The bedroom is approximately 10 m² and is furnished with a bed and storage space for clothing. The living room is fully furnished, and there is also a storage unit available in the basement.

The apartment is located in Amsterdam Oost, just 15 minutes by bike from Amsterdam Central Station. The neighborhood offers plenty of greenery and water, with boats moored nearby. This creates a relaxed atmosphere and gives the area a unique character.

The room is available starting February 2nd for a period of 2 months. Extending the rental period is possible in consultation. You will share the apartment with one other housemate. The rental price is all-inclusive, covering gas, water, electricity, and internet.
