About the place

Hi everyone, I am urgently looking for a STUDENT (within the next few days) to take over my room at The Social Hub for the remainder of the school year through June 30th. I will cover the takeover fee. The rent for May is €1421.66, and the rent for June is €1329.94.  Here are the things you should know:

1. 
The room is an Executive Double room. It has a double bed, a private bathroom with a toilet and shower, a wardrobe, desk, shelves, and a TV. You will share the kitchen with 9 other people- it is fully equipped.

2.
As part of the deal, you will receive some benefits: access to the gym, study area and laundromat (you will have 6 free wash & dry runs per month). You will also receive a free Swapfiets bike during your stay.
