About the place

Hi! I will be leaving Amsterdam on December 1st, and my room will be available after that date. The room is located in Amsterdam West at Jan Van Galenstraat . The monthly rent is €1,113 (excluding utilities, no service costs), and you will be sharing the apartment with my flatmate Enrique (24 years old, from Spain). The house has an energy label A, and registration is possible.
The furniture belongs to me, but the price is negotiable. You will need to pay the December rent in advance and provide a deposit of €2,110 (this should be directly sent to me), which will be returned upon your departure.
If you are interested, I will need the following information as requested by the agency:
A copy of your ID with photo and your BSN (citizen service number) obscured
Employer’s statement
Three recent payslips (not older than three months)
A copy of a bank statement showing salary deposits
Your current address, phone number, and e-mail
