For rent for a year: a room in a modern apartment building (2009). Ideal location close to shops, and public transportation is literally at the doorstep: bus 66 (Arena) and tram 26 (CS).

Kitchen is shared and as bathroom, the guest bathroom is available. Besides the owners (couple) there are no other tenants, so the bathroom is almost your own.
