🏡PERMANENT APARTMENT available from 18th July, Amsterdam near Westerpark

Hello girls! I’m looking for a clean and nice girl to have my room, you can move on 18th of July. I live near of the Westerpark - amazing location, 15 minutes away by bike from the center! The rent is 915€/month (July you just pay half of it), the water is 11€/month and the energy is what you consume so changes (normally around the 20/30€/month, but obviously depend on how much you use), plus a deposit (2 months rent).
Besides that, the person needs to buy my furniture (all of it) and pay 5 months and half of the water and waste taxes of 2025.

I share my place with one 26 years old German girl, she is super nice and clean - you will love her.

Furthermore, the house is equipped with all amenities: nice living room, kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and a small balcony (you have access from the room).
The house is a 3 walking minutes away from the bus and tram stops.

P.s: no smoking inside, no pets. Registration is possible in January of 2026!!
