About the place

I’m subletting my room in a bright apartment with a spacious balcony overlooking the water. The room is 8 m², fully furnished but can be adjusted to your preference. The initial rental period is three months, with a chance for extension and registration (minimum €25,000 annual income required for registration).

I’m looking for a housemate who:

-Works from an office (not from home)

-Loves dogs (your second housemate will be an Australian Shepherd named Finn)

The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, with a tram connection to Central Station in 10 minutes and a 15-minute bike ride to Oost. A cleaner comes bi-weekly, and there is a bike storage area in the building.
