About the place

Are you looking for a nice place to live in Amsterdam? I have a cozy room available, approximately 11m², in a unique and welcoming family home in the beautiful Tuindorp area. The house has a living area of 70m² and a spacious, sunny backyard where you can relax.

The house is fully equipped. We have a modern bathroom with a great shower, two toilets (handy for busy mornings), and a cozy living room for relaxing. The kitchen is spacious and includes a dishwasher. There’s also a washing machine and dryer available—everything to make life a bit easier!

The room itself can be furnished with a comfortable bed, a spacious built-in wardrobe, a desk with a chair, an extra dresser, and a nice lamp. Would you prefer to bring your own furniture? No problem, feel free to decorate the room to your taste.

You’ll be sharing the house with me, a calm and friendly 36-year-old working gay man. I’m social and enjoy doing things together now and then, like having a good conversation or a movie night, but I also value peace and privacy. I’m looking for a housemate who also enjoys living in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

The house is reasonably well-connected with many amenities nearby. It’s within biking distance from the center of Amsterdam, walking distance from a supermarket, and biking distance from a train station.
