About the place

Four-room corner apartment located on the Fleerde in Amsterdam Zuidoost, near the shopping center and Bijlmer Arena. It is a quiet residential area, and therefore, we are only looking for serious candidates with employment or a study program with an income guarantee.
Respectful behavior toward fellow residents is a strict requirement, as well as the following house rules:
 * **No outdoor footwear** allowed inside the house.
 * **Non-smokers only.**
 * **No pets allowed.**
 * **No loud music or noise** (such as parties).
 * **Collective cleaning** is mandatory for all residents.
