About the place

I’m looking for someone to take over my room in Amsterdam Nieuw West; the room is available from 1st July. You will be living with 3 other girls, 25+.

It can either be rented as a short-term sub-let (length to be agreed) whilst I find a long-term replacement, or you can take over the contract completely.

Room comes furnished with double bed and mattress, desk, wardrobe, shelves and balcony.
Spacious living room and TV.
Modern shared kitchen and bathroom with 3 other females, fully furnished with kitchen utensils.
Rent: €1100/month incl. utilities from 1st July (move in date can be flexible). Comes with a weekly cleaner
Registration possible if taking over the contract.
1 min walk to supermarkets and shopping centre, short bus ride or walk to Sloterdijk station, 20 min-min walk to Burg. de Vlugtlaan metro station, 5-min walk to tram line 7.
