About the place

I offer a bright room ( 10 m2 ) + built-in wardrobe in my apartment in Amsterdam Oost-Watergraafsmeer for a female student. Next to this you share the hall ( 8 m2 ), bathroom, kitchen ( 4 m2 ), separate toilet with me. Apart from a small refrigerator, the room will be unfurnished. I am a quiet woman / yoga teacher who does her own thing in the apartment. I am looking for a lovely, quiet, responsible and energy-conscious person  to whom I don’t  feel any obligations. However, it’s important to greet each other with a smile, trust each other and communicate well.  So see it as your own place, but with kindness towards each other when we meet :-)
The house is located in a safe and pleasant neighborhood, shopping center and public transport are a 2-minute walk. UvA ( Science Park ) is 5-min bike ride.
The rent is € 950,- per month, incl. G / W / E, waste tax, internet and use of the washing machine ( + 1 month deposit). You can register at the city hall. In case you are interested to find out if we would match, I would love to hear from you. Video calling via whatsapp is possible!
In principle, I want to sign a contract until June 30th, 2025. If it suits for both us, the contract can be extended for 1 year.
