About the place

There is a large room of 25 square meters available, partially furnished with a bed, in my 140 square meter apartment. The apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two toilets, and a large living room with kitchen, dining area, and living room with projector. The apartment is very sunny and is cleaned every two weeks, for which an additional fee is charged. The rent includes gas, electricity, and internet. The deposit is two months' rent. 
The location is in the De Pijp district, right next to a tram stop, within walking distance of the metro, and with many shops and entertainment venues nearby.
