The complex is located in Amsterdam-De Omval. It houses several student housing rooms and features a spacious entrance and parking. Within minutes, you'll be in Amsterdam city center, where you'll find all the amenities you need, including various shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. Bus stops are within walking distance, and public transport takes you to Central Station, Amsterdam's many universities of applied sciences, and the university in about 30 minutes.
These studios have two floors and are suitable for two students.
The rooms have a private shower and toilet and are fitted with laminate flooring or carpet. The kitchen and bathroom facilities are shared with approximately five other residents. Several washing machines and dryers are also available on each floor. As an added bonus, each room has Wi-Fi and a cable TV connection. The monthly rent for a furnished room of 44m² is €1203, including furnishings and an advance payment for utilities and service charges (€190). The deposit is twice the monthly rent, excluding the rent. The rental period is fixed.
This rental price is indicative of the stated floor space, but the final rental price may be slightly higher or lower depending on whether the assigned studio is larger or smaller.
A valid student ID is required for this location. Only students are permitted to live here.
