About the place

Room available in a two-person flat from 1 March. I’m currently living here with one other male roommate who is moving out, so I’m looking for someone to take over his room.

The rent is €1,350 per month (excl. utilities) with a €1,000 deposit. Registration at the address is possible.

The flat is in a great central location near the Grachtengordel and the Rijksmuseum. The street is quiet, while still being very central and close to shops, cafés, and public transport.

The room itself is unfurnished. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished. We also have a sizeable cellar that’s great for storing bikes, suitcases, or extra clothes.

I’m looking for a male professional who works full-time and is in the office at least 4 days per week. Ideally someone tidy, respectful, and easy to live with.
